Frequently Asked Questions
Do you come to our office, or do we go to your studio?
Both options are available. For most teams, on-location at your business is the most convenient - we bring all equipment, backdrops, and lighting to you. Studio sessions are also available at our Duncanville location (626 W. Wheatland Rd., Suite A) if you prefer a controlled studio environment.
What do we need to prepare before the session?
Very little. If shooting on-location, we need a space roughly 10X12 feet with access to a standard outlet. We handle everything else — setup, lighting, flow management, and direction.
What if some team members are camera shy or "hate photos of themselves"?
This is extremely common — and it's exactly what tethered shooting solves. When people can see their image on a monitor immediately after it's taken, the anxiety disappears fast. They can see what works, suggest adjustments, and leave feeling good about the results. We've photographed hundreds of people who walked in nervous and left thrilled.
How does the gallery and image delivery work?
Within 24 hours of the session, your team coordinator (typically the owner or office manager) receives a single organized gallery link with every team member's photos clearly labeled by name. The coordinator shares each person's selections with them directly — keeping the process simple on our end and yours. Once selections are submitted, professionally retouched finals are delivered within 3 business days. Rush delivery (24 hours after selection) is available for +$100.
What if a team member leaves or joins shortly after we book our session?
No problem. Headcount adjustments for departures are easy — we only photograph and charge for the people who actually participate on session day. For additions, we offer individual makeup sessions at our studio to match your team's look if someone joins after the team shoot.
