Inspired by my father, a dedicated art teacher of 35 years who always carried a camera, I learned to shoot with intention and discipline. Film taught me to slow down, observe, and compose flawlessly in the moment.

As the industry shifted, I embraced professional digital equipment and expanded my skills through PPA (Professional Photographers of America) studies and certifications.

Over the last 30+ years, I’ve grown from photographing family events to capturing weddings, portraits, and professional assignments. Today, my work blends the timeless eye of film with the precision of modern technology.

From the days when I learned photography on film—where every frame demanded patience, intention, and trust in your own eye—to the years spent refining my craft through continuous study and hands‑on experience, I’ve come to believe that great images are built long before the shutter clicks.
